A fun filled family day with walking or running, lunch, and entertainment 

• Location:

  • Burnaby Lake Regional Park: (3760 Sperling Ave, Burnaby, BC V5B 4Z6) 

• Routes:

  • Tot Run, 2km stroll, 5km walk, and a 10km timed run

    • 8:15 - 9:45 am registration and check-in​ and package pickup

    • 9:30 am Tot Run start

    • 9:30 am Speeches

    • 9:45 am Warm up

    • 10:00 am 10km timed run start

    • 10:05 am 5km walk start

    • 10:10 am 2km stroll start

• ​11 am (onwards) entertainment, burgers and awards

• Fundraise:  Share your fundraising page by email or on social media.

• Cost:

  • $50 (13 years old + up) OR raise $125 and run for free 

    • includes event shirt, lunch and activities

  • ​$15 (8 -12 years old)​ OR raise $125 and run for free  

    • includes lunch and activities.​

  • Free (7 years and younger)

    • includes lunch and activities like the Tot Run.

• NOTE: On-line registration closes June 18th at midnight.  On-site registration available at the event on June 21st.

• Parking is limited this year

  • The gravel lot (playing field) is no longer available for parking

  • Lots are along Sperling Street north of the clubhouse.

  • Lynch Bus Lines will be running a shuttle every 15 minutes from the lots listed below to and from the event site.  This bus will be running from 8:00 am and 12:30 pm.

  • Additional lots are:

    • Burnaby Lake Sports Complex (West) and Christine Sinclair Centre

    • ​1896 Winston St. - This lot is only 100 meters from the Sperling - Burnaby Lake Skytrain Station.

• • Sperling-Burnaby Lake Skytrain Station is a 1.25km walk away from the site.

  • Please consider carpooling, public transit, or cycling to the event. 

• Lunch is available until noon.   

• Package pickup is between 8:15-9:45 on Sunday June 21st.​
